The Material lift is being finished out.
Here are the doors upstairs.They will be repainted white and the metal grating, in the middle of the doors, will be black.
We are still adding railing and wire cables. Once everything is installed, we will repaint everything black to match the original design.
And finally, the fire doors on the first floor leading into the Material Lift.
One of the main reasons we wanted this building is the Otis 5k lb #3 Carriage Type, Hand Powered, Lift. It is located in the back of the building and will only be used for freight. It will not be open to the general public.
They added a motor in the past to improve the operation. We will be removing that and restoring it to the original hand powered operation.
