Getting Noticed

The closer we get, the more people are noticing what we are doing. This past week we had some members of Cleburne City Council walk through. The local newspaper did a story on our transformation. And numerous people have been posting on Facebook our status.

Finally we are going to be featured on Cleburne’s Annual Candlewalk Historic Tour of Homes hosted by Save Old Cleburne.

Sealing the brick upstairs.

Restoring an antique display rack. From what we have found, it was used to display small parts when the building was home to the American Dry Goods Store in the 1920’s. We are planning on using it as a coffee bar upstairs.

The chandelier in the closet. We just finished the brick and will be painting the walls and ceiling this week.

The end is in sight and we will be moving in before the end of the year. 2 1/2 years in the making!!!!
