We have windows and cabinets!!!!!! This past week they finished installing the windows on the West side of the building.
And then we had our cabinets installed. The island is a whopping 5′ x 12’!!!!!!
Saturday we met with Seal Tex to measure the countertop. We are having installed a custom Stainless Steel Countertop with build in sink.

And finally they continued to work on the HVAC. Its getting close!!!!

We are getting closer. They finished opening up the windows upstairs and have started on the two cutouts downstairs.
This will be our view looking out the front door toward the Johnson County Courthouse Tower.
Our kitchen cabinets will be located between these windows.
They are continuing to install the HVAC and plumbing upstairs.
And downstairs the electrical continues.

This upcoming week they will be finishing the 1st floor door cutouts, measuring for the exit stairs, and continuing on the electrical buildout.
This has been a busy week for the building. They have started to install the 4 x 5 Ton HVAC units, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs.
The plumbing continues….
But the best news so far is they have started to cut out the windows upstairs!!!!
And finally where our front door and emergency exit will be located.
The best one is when the sun was setting and they had just started. That is the Johnson County Clock Tower.
During the asbestos removal they had to remove the old windows and window seals. The City gave us approval to install the new windows until the final Engineer Drawings are reviewed and approved. Here are the new windows.
